The purpose of the Tech Center is to help with R&D trials, converting trials and to serve as a tool for converters to increase business. Our Tech Center is a center for Innovation.
Converting - Slitting, Seaming, Inspecting & Cutting

Hand Application of Cut Pieces Cost - 250 / Hour
Automatic Application - Includes Converting - 3000 / Day
Automatic Application Limit is 10,000 Pieces
If the original container packaging can be used for return shipment to the customer after label application, there will be no upcharge for packaging. If the original container packaging can not be used their will be an upcharge. This upcharge, if applicable, will be on a case by case basis due to varying container sizes.
Shipping charges are NOT included in the rates listed above.
All Cost are Based on Material Being Supplied by User. Karlville upon request can provide OPS, PVC, PLA & PET, PETG
