Technology Centers

The purpose of the Tech Center is to help customers with R&D trials, converting trials and to serve as a tool for converters to increase their business. Our Tech Centers were developed to be a center for Innovation.

Currently Karlville has two techcenters located in USA to serve our North and South American Market, and one in France to serve our European market.

The Total Shrink Solutions Center, located in Indian Trail, NC was developed as a Shrink Sleeve Application and Shrink Sleeve Converting R&D center. This Technology Center was equipped with our top of the line application and converting equipment:

SP150- automatic sleeve application machine
Tornado Tunnel- heat tunnel developed with the Tornado Technology
STEAMER - steam tunnel with an integrated boiler
K1- Seaming Machine
K3- Seaming Machine
C1- Automatic Sleeve Cutting Machine
