Karlville fabricates adjustable forming plate Seamers as well as a fixed forming plate model. All Karlville Seamers utilize the direct injection system with proportional solvent control. The direct injection system is the most precise and consistent method of applying solvent available on the market today. All Seamer unwinds have digital edge guides. Load cells for Unwinds and Rewinds feedback to PLC to assure accurate tension control for acceleration and deceleration as well as in constant high-speed mode. The Rewind comes standard with oscillation for producing high quality rolls. A PLC control system with a user friendly MMI is integrated for easy operation. Turret Unwind + Rewind system are available for Non-Stop operation.

	K1 The K1 is our entry level model for narrow web Digital & Flexographic printers looking for a reasonable investment.
	K2 Our K2 model is our most popular with over 175 units fabricated. This stand alone machine operates at 300 meter/min and forms the sleeves via an adjustable forming section. The machine is available in 300mm and 400mm lay-flat models. The machine features fast changeover rewind and unwind air shafts. This machine can be upgraded with Turret Unwinds and Turret Rewinds.
	K3 This stand alone machine operates at 300 or 400 meter/min and forms the sleeves via an adjustable forming section. The K3 body is the basis for K4 and K5 models. The machine is available in 350mm & 500mm lay-flat models. The machine features fast changeover rewind and unwind air shafts. This machine can be upgraded with Turret Unwinds and Turret Rewinds.
	K4 - COMPACT The machine features Automatic Turret Rewind and a Driven Single Shaft Unwind. The machine is available in 350mm & 500mm lay-flat models. Both Servo & AC Motor technologies available for 300M/MIN and 400M/MIN speeds. Non-Stop production translates to higher production, lower waste and savings in inspection cost.
	K4 - JUMBO The machine features Automatic Turret Rewind and a Pneumatic Lift Unwind with single air-shaft. Both Servo & AC Motor technologies available for 300M/MIN and 400M/MIN speeds. The machine is available in 350mm, 500mm & 800mm lay-flat models. Non-Stop production translates to higher production, lower waste and savings in inspection cost.
	K5 - COMPACT This Non-Stop machine features Automatic Cantilever Turret Unwind & Cantilever Turret Rewind. Both Servo & AC Motor technologies available for 300M/MIN and 400M/MIN speeds. The machine is available in a 350mm lay-flat model. Non-Stop production translates to higher production, lower waste and savings in inspection cost.
	K5 - JUMBO This Non-Stop machine features Automatic Supported Turret Unwind & Cantilever Turret Rewind. Both Servo & AC Motor technologies available for 300M/MIN and 400M/MIN speeds.
