Sun Centre displayed a 1500mm 3 layer line during the 2004 K show that produced a high strength and high clarity film made of blends of LLDPE, MLDPE, HDPE and LDPE. The machine received great reviews. Available at different widths and with a multitude of options, including IBC system, gravimetric blending and trim refeed system, Sun Centre's co-extruders can really make a difference for your business.

The 3 layer co-extruder comes standard with AC vector motors with inverter drives for the entire machine, PLC central control, automatic tension control by load cells, fully motorized bubble cage, horizontal 360 degrees oscillating tower, web guide device and fully automatic sheeting winder (also called double winder). The machine is also available with CE approved package for electronics and motors.
