Miami, Florida – March 25, 2025 – Karlville Converting is pleased to announce the appointment of new agencies to strengthen its presence in the Andean, Central America, and Caribbean markets. These newly appointed agents are seasoned experts in flexible packaging with firsthand experience in large-scale conversion and printing operations. Their expertise will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation across the region.

Andres Rocha will lead efforts in the Andean market, while Carlos Eduardo Ramos will oversee operations in Central America and the Caribbean. Both professionals bring extensive industry knowledge and a strong commitment to advancing conventional and digital printing solutions for flexible packaging converters of all sizes.
The new agencies will focus on our core converting machine business, featuring larger automated slitters, inspection machines with workflow to streamline the lamination and slitting process, and lamination machines with various adhesive and coating technologies, including solventless, solvent-based, water-based, and thermal. As an innovative approach, the agency will collaborate closely with HP channels to further expand the adoption of the Digital Pouch Factory concept among larger flexible packaging converters.
“For conventional converters, Andres & Carlos Eduardo will represent our high production slitting, laser, inspection, and lamination machinery lines. Their experience in conversion printing operations will be invaluable in providing the highest level of support to our customers.” Raul F Matos, EVP at Karlville Converting. “We are also excited to work with Andres and Carlos Eduardo to act as technical experts to accelerate the adoption of digital solutions in regional flexible packaging converters,”
With this strategic initial agency expansion, Karlville reaffirms its commitment to empowering converters with cutting-edge technology, fostering industry growth, and reinforcing its leadership in the flexible packaging sector. Karlville will continue to manage the shrink sleeve converting lines directly, as well as the digital channels.
