Filling through the Spout
These FC-Type Machines fill through the already applied spout.This makes the process of filling more secure and leads to a high output of filled pouches as there is no need to evacuate air from the pouch during filling process.
In order to fill thru the spout a technical guide is needed in fitment customer will select for this process filling.
Filling through the spout (FTS) is the safest and most efficient method, allowing as little as 15mm head space below the spout.
